Bertil is a former Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company. Bertil’s career at McKinsey spanned 27 years, where he founded the Firm’s Software practice, and he was a core leader of the high-tech practice, which he helped build into one of the Firm’s largest practices. Bertil led several of the largest transformations in the high-tech industry. Bertil is a native of Puerto Rico and is now based in San Juan and 100% focused on Xtillion. He is also a committed local philanthropist who is deeply involved in Puerto Rico’s social sector. Bertil has BS and MS degrees in engineering from MIT and an MBA from Stanford.
Ric Elias is the co-founder and CEO of Red Ventures (RV), a diverse portfolio of brands and businesses that help millions of people make life's most important decisions. RV is a hyper-scale data enterprise with 500M+ monthly pageviews and 40B+ monthly data signals captured, which has recently undergone a major data transformation. Additionally, in 2018, Ric launched Forward787, a $100M social enterprise that trained and supported more than 150 Puerto Rican professionals and helped launch RV Puerto Rico - fueling a new economic growth engine on the island that has grown into one of three major hubs for Red Ventures. A native of Puerto Rico, Ric graduated from Boston College and earned his MBA from Harvard Business School.
