How Xtillion handles your information.
This policy explains what we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the controls available to you.
Last updated: February 27, 2026
1. Information We Collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide: name, email, phone, company, job title, country, city, and message.
We also process your IP address server-side only for abuse protection and rate limiting. We do not persist IP addresses in an application database.
We do not use advertising cookies, behavioral profiling, or third-party analytics trackers on this website.
2. How We Use Information
We use this information to:
- Respond to your inquiry and follow up on requested services.
- Operate and secure the contact channel against spam and abuse.
- Maintain business correspondence related to your request.
We do not sell personal information collected through this contact form.
3. Legal Bases (EEA/UK Visitors)
Where GDPR or similar laws apply, our processing is based on:
- Legitimate interests: receiving and responding to business inquiries.
- Steps prior to entering a contract: when your inquiry relates to potential services.
4. Where Information Is Stored and Shared
Contact form submissions are transmitted to Xtillion by email using our SMTP delivery provider and then retained in company email systems.
We share data only with service providers necessary to operate this workflow (for example, email infrastructure), under contractual and security controls appropriate to the service.
5. Retention
We retain inquiry data submitted through website contact forms for up to 180 days, which allows us to respond to inquiries, manage related business correspondence, and fulfill any applicable legal, accounting, or security obligations. After this period, the data is securely deleted or anonymized, unless continued retention is required to support an ongoing business relationship or comply with legal requirements.
6. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or limit use of your personal information.
To make a request, email info@xtillion.com with the subject line Privacy Request. We may request verification details before fulfilling a request.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
8. Policy Changes and Contact
We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations evolve. Material updates will be reflected by revising the date at the top of this page.
