Bertil Chappuis

Co-founder and CEO, Xtillion

Bertil's career at McKinsey spanned 27 years, where he founded the Firm's Software practice and was a core leader of the high-tech practice, which he helped build into one of the Firm's largest. He is a Senior Partner Emeritus at McKinsey. Bertil has BS and MS degrees in engineering from MIT and an MBA from Stanford.

Ric Elias

Co-founder and Chairman, Xtillion

Ric is the founder and CEO of Red Ventures, a diverse portfolio of digital brands and businesses that help millions of people make life's most important decisions. Ric graduated from Boston College and earned his MBA from Harvard Business School.

Alfredo Bird

Partner, Xtillion

Alfredo joined Xtillion in 2025 as a Partner after more than 15 years leading data, analytics, and technology initiatives for large enterprises with firms such as Slalom, Deloitte, and BearingPoint. Alfredo has a BS in Industrial Engineering as well as an MBA from Georgia Tech.

Guillermo Mirandes

Partner

Guillermo joined Xtillion in 2023 and became a Partner in 2025 after over a decade of leading product, engineering, and business growth at Red Ventures, Amazon Robotics, and other technology-driven organizations. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Entrepreneurship from MIT.
